Overview

A customer-facing, multi-step incorporation and KYC form system with field-level encryption, document generation, and analytics. I focused on mobile UX, reusable components, and the auto-save and form-data layer.

Challenge

  1. Capture complex incorporation, shareholder, and beneficial-ownership data without overwhelming the user.
  2. Protect sensitive PII with field-level encryption and a secure data path.
  3. Make a long, branching form usable on mobile as well as desktop.

Approach

  1. Rebuilt navigation for a dual mobile/desktop layout and converted dense tables to card views.
  2. Built debounced auto-save into the form state layer and implemented the form-data API endpoints.
  3. Tuned the workflow definition: responsive grids, field-level encryption flags, and conditional stages.

Outcomes

  1. Delivered a mobile-ready Review & Submit flow.
  2. Made a long, sensitive form resilient with auto-save and field-level encryption.
  3. Fed structured, validated data back into the onboarding platform.
